Default really starting to think i have an extra good ls1

im goona be one of those guys.....ill also add i have under 20 passes under my belt

2000 camaro ss M6 106k mwc 9 inch, 3.89s, stock 17s with nitto 555 extremes, the street tire non radial
Vrx5, 236/238 .605 .601
wegner 799s, heads, unported fast 90/90, super old 1 7/8 stepped dynatechs, ftra 98 with 85 maf and slp flopack
custom 3 inch y into flowmaster merge into 4 inch dynamax bullet, dumped before axle.

at maple grove, 80 degree with higher humidity i was running around 12.6-12.85, around 117-118 average. i then lowered the LCAs one notch in the back, took out the slp flopack and added the a chrs1313 with a paper filter, and after 5 more passes, i was down to a few 12.5 passes at 119 with some solid 2.3 60' times. (with my shitty driving the 1313 still gained me 1.5 mph consistently)

i then went to cecil county cause i heard they were awesome...... online it says it was 77 degrees 78% humidity. this time i actually added the weatherstripping to seal the airbox most of the way, and i turned the rebound all the way down on front shocks (umi afcos) to hopefully help with weight transfer but with 600 pound fronts i dont think it did much. the prep at cecil was way better than maple grove. messing with clutch slip a little bit, i was down to 2.05-2.15 60', but now im down to 12.1 to 12.25 @121 fairly consistently........still on the 555 extremes at around 23 psi. it was fun almost running down the big tire automatic cars with their 1.6 60'. dont think i ever beat them but was usually under a length away by the end. i figured 121 on street tires with 600 pound springs is semi above average for an HCI 346.

unable to upload, but one of my passes

R/T .119 (was usually around .300, still learning)
60' 2.129
330 5.486
1/8 8.118
MPH 94.08
1000 10.356
1/4 12.222 @ 121.41

stock weight minus ac. 3/4 gas, spare tire jack etc. yes like i saids at first i was doing a lot of 2.3-2.4 with reaction around .3to .4 ....at cecil i was slipping the clutch a little more and starting a few hundred rpm higher.....it would lightly spin for half a second then almost dead hook around 4000 and thats when i would still get a reaction of around .2 or around .3 but 60 was down to 2.1 2.2. before i was starting around 2800 and doing a 90% clutch dump and kinda bogging it down........at cecil i was doing 3200 rpm with a little slip then dumping it when the clutch was almost all the way out. no real method here i guess, just try different things and see what happens.......with the cam and heads combo its all top end and doesnt fully wake up until 4500 rpm or so.

i have a spare set of wheels. waiting for some kind of slick or radial to arrive on craigslist.

The MPH sounds about right given your mods and weight.
