Default Is this 60 ft. typical for an M6?

The best 60 ft I was able to get with my SS was 2.406 on Eagle F1 streets . l launched at around 2200 RPM, rolling out the clutch but she spinned in first thru second. Is this typical? What can I expect with DR's and how will this affect my e.t.? Thanks..BTW, altitude was 4,300 ft.

a 2.4 is typical of someone just burning the tires down the track yea try leaving softer

um go practice . i would be dissapointed with worse than a 2.1 on the factory tires when i run my drag radials i am happy to see a 1.8

I get high 1.8s to low 1.9s on sumitomo street tires. I leave at the line between 3000 and 3500 revs

2.4..I think I would be ok with that on ice maybe. Even on street tire if you know your car and can drive you should see nothing worse than a 2.1..aim to avg a 2.0 on a half way decent track.

drag radial you should sub 2.0 easy given above statement of driving and decent track prep.

well, the good news is that since that 60 ft is pretty bad, you should see a nice gain in e.t. as soon as you learn to launch better. personally, i cant launch any higher than ~1500 rpm's without spinning like crazy, so i say try launching at a little lower rpm (or slip the clutch).

Forgot to mention the 60 ft. time of 2.406 was at 4,300 ft. altitude. That might be part of the reason.

I usually cut 2.0's on street tires, Nitto DR 1.7-1.8's.
