Any plans to swap a set of heads on there? I think 9s would be AWESOME out of a stock shortblock H/C M6. You're making alot of H/C and even a few stroker guys look stupid, lol.

Congratulations, that is a sharp ET for any car and to get there with an M6 is even more impressive.

well i have a sponsor hookin me up with some strange brakes and most likley a vfn hood and i have another 40-50lbs of stuff to cut off and/or remove from the car so i figure another 150lbs or so. i wanna try for some low 10.30's soon possibly high 10.29's @ 133 or so the 10.43 was a hotlap pass and i was just starting to get the suspension figured out when the track was shuttin down she definatly had a 10.39 in her with some more suspension/tire adjustments. hopfully i get it finished in 3-4 weeks and catch one of those easter cold fronts we often get.
would a 10.36 cam only qualify for fastest stock bottom end h/c motor, stock heads are still heads.

and yes spanky, after that some afr 225's may go on it

You sure did Rodney. My mph on the 10.37 run was 129.28, thru a th-400, and 12 bolt. The DA was +1500.
I hurt the motor the following weekend, never really got to see what it would do in -DA weather.
Either way your still flying for a cam only car !

Congrats man.

My H/C Hot Rod ran 10.34 @ 120 mph. Sounds like you and I need to line them up.

if it was still the same hotrod i may consider that coach.
but considering the last few feet had no rpm change (rev limiter) i think you may kick me a new one now cause i know you probably fixed that lil issue.
lemme get my afr's on the car and ill come to hrp one day. that would be fun
