Talking wheels up pic

Picture from wednesday night TNT at cecil.

Been trying to get the car to hook a 6500 rpm 2-step launch...still wrapping the tires for ~4 ft then hooks and lifts hard.

sweetness, although I agree on the sidewall comment. Ever consider stiff sidewall tires?

looks good. my car crushes my 28" et drags(not W's like yours) even harder than that at 10.5 psi hot. then again my sixty foots at 1.51's leave a good bit to be desired, too.

I'm pretty sure I've seen that the Ws are considered stiff sidewall. That picture have very low air pressure testing something. I typically run about 10.5 lbs (entering the burnout box) but was considerably less on that run

Needs mo pressure! Side note, Madman do you have a pair of springs for the front Hal 90/10 setup? Talked to you bout them down at Thunder 3400-3450 lbs M6, you had mentioned how much the HAL springs vary rate wise and you had some matched sets. have you used many of the newer HAL springs?

Sweet .. I think I am leaving around 6k. The 26" tires won't hold a 6500+ RPM launch ..

Because the rearend is shifted in (towards the passenger side) and the tire buckles
outwards.

If the car goes straight, and the tires don't rub, it's not that much of a concern(I guess)

I assume it will fatigue the metal over time, though.
