No, I bleed the clutch and it did nothing. It looks like some clutch fluid spayed under the car.

I tried readjusting the master cyl and it still tries to pull in gear with the clutch peddle to the floor. I dont think its the clutch because it had no slip at all and then just started not disengageing.

I am going to do a slave cyl first and try that.

IMO your running to low of air preassure in them. The last two times i went with mine i was pulling 1.51s on 22 psi. You also don't need much of a burnout with them either.

That might be true but if your running a belted radial around the same psi as a drag slick then your collapseing the center of the tread and causing the contact patch to buckle. These tires do not wrinkle!

I do find on the street they like to be around 22 psi. I am going to order a clutch tomorrow. I was thinking about a Ram power grip hd with a 980 disk per Allans opinion. Still like my Spec stg 3 though so Not sure which one I will get .

I saw several 7sec runs on those MT 325s, if you dont overdo the burnout they can really hook on a decent track.

Just ordered a new SPec stg 3 so when I get it in and broke in , I will try again.
I think that they are awsome tires but I was over doing the burn out. On the street I still have to heat the Nittos where as the M/T drags I dont. SO at the track I need to quit burning the M/T;s like I do the Nittos.

I was running them at 15 psi hot and doing a decent burnout, and I couldnt' get them to hook better than bottom 1.8s. Going to try the suggestions here and bump it up to around 20 hot and not overdo the burnout. These are the 255/16s so there's not a very tall sidewall, and I'm figuring they won't wrinkle at all. I have seen pics before of the 325s wrinkle like above.

My first Spec 4F did the same thing. I thought it was the master as well. It turns out the diske welded itself to the FW. If the car tries to move when you have the clutch in and the trans in gear when you start it, this may be your problem.

I don't heat mine hard either, just a quick burn to clean 'em up. I run 25 PSI on the street and 18 at the track. They hook well enough to spin on the rims and get unbalanced.

On the smaller size tires they won't wrinkle hardly at all because the sidewall is alot shorter. My old ET Drags had wrinkle marks all over them after a night of racing but the DR's look like they were hardly stressted. They need to be glued or screwed to the rim on a hard launching car or you will have problems spinning.

A buddy has pulled a 1.55 60 foot on a set of 275/60/15 M/T radials on a 95 Formula with 3.73 gears and a TH350 trans with a 3400 stall convertor. I agree, the manual trans cars may "shock" them too much, but I've seen good stick drivers pull consistent 1.5-1.6 60 foot times on them. I may be giving them a try on a Nova here shortly, but I'll stick with my et street slicks for bracket racing consistency.
