Drag launch tips. . . ` i have a somewhat modded 95z (bolt ons etc.), i have a 3500 stall and street tires, whats the best way to launch in the meantime before the dr's get here, then the best way with the dr's. thanks.

street tires you'll want to gradually mash the accelerator, not all at once. You want to get the car moving and the weight shifting back to the rear tires. With a proper set-up suspension, you can hook even with street tires. I've gone 1.71 on the 60 foot on my non-drag 275/60/15 radials, but it's a fine line getting there
