In case no one reads PerformanceTrucks.net or that post in the multimedia forum, a certain member (parish8) won his class at drag week (small-block power adder). He beat the (in)famous John Cunningham of PumpGasDrags fame. He had the baby-blue nova with the I6 and big turbo. VERY nice car. It can be seen here being loaded on to the TRAILER during drag week .

Yes, he was DQ'd, giving Parish the win.

Drag Week is/was a week long 5 track event that made the competitors drive between tracks, race, and the best average ET won. Trailering your car = cheating.

 

I saw both the truck and the Nova in St. Louis-Very Impressive. That truck has got me thinking about my tow vehicle


I saw the Nova @ the Pump Gas Drags; gotta love those turbo cars-even if it is a baby blue wagon!

 

Too bad Martin MI got rained out. I was planning on going until it rained.
