Default New LT1 Times (bolt ons)

This is an update of my previous post. I made the other thread named "LT1 A back from the track."

I previously ran an 8.6 @ 82.8 if anyone remembers. My new time is an 8.4 @ 83.7. I was pretty impressed, but I think I had an 8.3 on one run. I let off towards the end of the track, because the car behind me was spinning back and forth and I hit the breaks. I have my time slips in the car and I will post the difference. You guys can let me know if the car would have hit an 8.3.

My mods were the same. (94 Z28 A4 with LT headers, Matching Y-pipe LT4 KM, and Moroso CAI)

Tell me what you guys think. By the way, I saw a stock 01 A4 Corvette run a 9.0 @ 80.3 MPH. The 60' was a crappy 2.0xx though. I thought the corvette would have a faster MPH. It didn't run any faster than 80.8 all night.

I think your car is crying for a torque converter bad, that on tires your cars going to run hard as hell. Its running really strong for the mods and with the converter it should be deep 12s in the 1/4 capable. You still on 16s up front? Get some skinnies and ditch the front sway too.

My 60' on that run was a 1.989. I had a better 60', but that was the time I let off halfway down the track...I would have ran a better time.

I have 275/40/17's all around. I have the 02 SS wheels on my car.
