PINKs
The mustang pushed through its breaks but it's obviously wasn't intentional.
Regardless the race would have been lost by the Camaro but it ended well.
I just didn't like the trash talking by the Camaro team after showing up late.
Very poor show of sportsmanship.

We NEVER had a rocker trunion break or crack it was all part of the hustle. If you notice, Nate's brother says "Go up to the starting line for the negotiations and the two of us will come up and say its broken". We hadnt even pulled the valve cover at that point. We never sprayed the car either it was all motor every pass.
Tony was SLEEPING at the line because he forgot to let go of the transbrake button. Seriously he said afterwards he saw our car launch and was wondering why he wasnt moving then realized he was still holding the button.
As far as the last race....yes we pushed through the brakes and the car moved foward about 5-6 inches. The front tire just got light as it torqued up and then slid. The tire never rotated it just slid. We knew it did but wouldnt and didnt make a difference either way, Tony lost BAD.
In all honesty Tony and Rich (From 1320) were good guys. They talk **** but so do we so no biggie.
Funny thing is they were supposed to bring a modern LS1 based powered Fbody with them but instead they pulled and old Big Block LS6 454 motor out of one of their buddies trucks. Then again I was supposed to bring my LS1 powered Rx7 but I didnt get her done in time so......

It's hard to tell if your hustling when they don't show times for the run.
One car could just be way off the pace for some reason.
I don't think I'd have the stones to do it. Assuming the taking of the car is legit.

The first year I am gonna be honest and say it was more side bets. We went to both appearances fully believing to lose the car/bike but it never worked out that way.
Season 2 they ARE taking the cars. Actually one guy is on a payment plan trying to buy his car back.......it wasnt sold back cheap in a bs thing.

Almost as funny as the "You dont have to ask your girlfriend" followed by "Hey, we are broken up right now.." LOL That is some good stuff. You cant script that kind of **** talking.
Nate isnt an actor but he is a bullshitter. He is a salesman at the company i work for so he can keep a straight face and feed you some BS if need be

Tony said the 454 was a tired motor out of one of their buddies trucks. The Driver Mod was the biggest factor against them. They didnt show it but Tony's buddy Rich had to get in the car to get the seat belts adjusted. he couldnt figure them out ROFLMAO
The ironic thing is Tony is known for his nitrous use...yet they brought a car without nitrous!! I never have figured that one out.

The cars DEFINATELY change hands in Season 2.
It was a new show last year, they had to work through some hiccups. In all fairness the show never knew about the side bets....it was something the racers worked out ahead of time because you knew who you were racing. This year they keep it quite who is racing until the first negotiation.

Yea I know many of the guys that raced last year in Orlando on Pinks and no one lost there car, they did alot of episodes at Orlando Speedworld and some of the faster cars from Otown ran on Pinks the Blown Nova
that lost to the Stingray runs mid 8s @ 170+ and is worth over 100K he would have shot someone if they tried to take his car.
