last time slip? I have a 98 z28. last time slip was a 13.1 at 110.98. My ? is why am i having so much troble getting 12's? I have a cam programing and longtube headers and loudmouth. I don't get any tracton untill 3rd gear. plan on getting nittos. and a steel drive shaft will this get me the mid to low 12s that i'm shooting for? 
track prep and weather conditions, i pulled 1.86 60ft on street tires, i also have an A4, i am guess you have a M6, get the drag radials or just some slicks for track only, you will see major improvements

2.125 60ft times on the 13.1s time slip. trap speed was 109.92 and it was 90 degrees it was really humad that day i would say about 50% if not more.

on cooler days i was running trap speeds of 113 to 114. still have crappy 3.23 gears. changed over to an m6. for the fun factor. that and went though 3 automatic tranys. i also found out i had busted a motor mount. before that last run last year. it has been replace with urathan mounts. my friend said that could be the reason for the drop in mph because the motor was moving around on me. i found out when i changed it that the rubber fell right out of the clamp and it was twisted and cracked up.
