As far as legs shakin and all, that's the way I get when I race something badass on the freeway, like a viper or something
I was so scared I'd end up doing that at the track, but somehow I overcame it and didn't get shakey at all, I felt pretty natural... I just apparently suck at it 
Keep up the practice, you've definitely got more for ya in the 60' time, which is going to help your mph and overall et.
