is it possible??? this guy is telling me his 01 z-28 went 12.1 at 112mph stock.... does that sound possible????
he said he has a ss4000 stall and 3.73 gears

um hes not stock if he has a converter and gears. he would also have to have DRs.
very unlikely. 99% of the time you need intake and exhaust.
sounds like he could have had n20 on there.

went a 11.72 with ss3600 and stock 3.23 gears with a stock exhaust, but this is where the stock ends, he is not stock with gears and stall, maybe stock internal

If he has stall and gears, that car is no longer stock.
However, those numbers are achievable with listed mods.
