I think the aluminum will do just fine. The only reason i went iron is because my buddy cut me a good deal on the short with all the good stuff.BTW are you going to use the chute on the street.

I believe he has 370ci iron block in it. After his pass he popped the hood and you could feel the heat coming from that bad boy.

he has bottle going in his car.. I thought that would make for a rather fair race, both cars weigh about 2 tons, and with him spraying, I'm sure he'll actually be making more rwhp then I will.

I'll see what I can do to get the weight down, then I'll play with you. If things go as planned, I should ba back on track, in weight reduction mode come this fall, then we can play. Happy?

It's o.k., I already talked to chef about it, he said him off the bottle, me no transbrake, then he gets the bottle, and I get the transbrake. I'll bet that it will be close.

It's all fun and games, chef wants me to leave the stick in my car and run that way.. but I keep telling him, a guy in a wheelchair with one arm and an eyepatch can drive stick better then me, so it's no contest

Dunno man, you leave the bottle off and I get my weight down, I think we'll both have mid 10 second cars, not like either of us are gonna drive the car wrong, line it up, push down the button and release for launch, keep the car strait, shift when the light comes on! I'd say I will try to give ya a run once I get the jug in, but I'm not aiming at the moon, a 100 to 150 shot should get the car to about 10.00 when she's finished, and that's about as fast as I want to go in this car anyway, anymore then that and there's pretty much no turning back at that point.

Unless you're not telling us something...
