Thanks coach, I think you are the only person on ls1tech that actually saw the run. I just wish someone had a damn video of that scoreboard lit up!

Thanks Kurt, and it was done on a 29.5X10.5(non W) tire.

Congrats.. that is badass for sure. After looking at the timeslip... you're not that car from getting the car to under 5 in the 1/8th, and the 1/8th mph, 140+?!? That car's moving out!

Good job guys, definately sets a new mark for people to aim for!

Thats a nice pass on those tires! We have a drag radial class here that is starting to catch on, I was thinking of building a car for radial that would probably use similar rules. What is the weight of your tire? Have you ever tried the MT drag radial on your car?

I have put the drag radials on once, but the car blew the tires off about 60ft out every pass. When we got the car back home we figured out both axles were bent causeing the car to tire shake real bad and therefore blow the tires off. I stood back in it one pass and it ran an 8.7 @174mph. Now that the axles are fixed we are going to strap the MT/Drag radials back on her and see what she does.

Remember, the pass isn't real without a video that cuts out in the middle.

You and Pecos are too modest!!! We could not have done it without the powerplant that you guys built. We put that thing through some serious abuse and it still keeps on ticking. This weekend will be interesting she might get a little more boost.
