Not sure what you're running for a tire/rim cobo now, but if it'
s anything less then a full slick, then that's a definate issue right there. Get some good tires on there, 15 inch rims so you've got lots of sidewall to get teh ar to hook will definately help, bogarts are the easiest because there's no modification needed to the car to get them on.. that plus a looser converter ( I'd say 5000 for all motor sue, but if you're gonna spray, a good nitrous converter that will flash to about 5000 with a 250 hit would be good, should be about 4000 on motor, still better then what you have now) would definately get her down teh track in a hurry

you're at least on a decent tire. The 16 inch rim size isn't helping, but at least tehy aren't nitto's or something like that.

Crb99ws6 to give you a real world example I went from 11.30's to a 10.54 w/ just a convertor change. I went from a 3400 stall to a 5000 yank which allows me to get into my power band. Also, you want to match that with the correct gears. 396 T/A 396 N/A.
