You sure can. Your reaction time sucks but oh well, just get some drag radials.. and youll see low 13s no problem, unless something is wrong with your car.. or you cannot drive it. I got the same year as You... auto. I ran 13.4@103.51mph bone stock.
You can too !

Something is wrong with your car. With longtubes, and the other mods, you should be looking at atleast 105mph traps. It isn't your 60' time either (2.1). Your car is pulling timing for some reason. Check the 02 Sensor, the plugs, and wires. It might also be a good idea to replace the fuel pump.

That's just my $02.

Just moving out os san antonio is probably good for at least 1/2 second. Take the trip out I10 to HRP, get some DR's, and run some high 13/low 12 second times.

I think you have some kind of a tuning issue. San Antonio Raceway is only 600' above sea level so your traps should be somewhere in the 105-108 range. I would get a dyno tune ASAP and see if your running real rich or real lean.

I had a similair problem where I was only trapping 101 after previously trapping 104. I got a dyno tune and found my car was running dangerously lean. After the dyno tune I was consistently trapping 107-108 on hot days and 109-110 on cold days. It made a world of difference.

Good luck.

Yeah, with those times he'll be lucky if there aren't stangs lining up outside waiting for him. I could see the stang owners now, "Hey there's that dude that could break out a flat 14 sec. 1/4 mile. Quick, better round up all the Mach1's that we can so that we can catch all the kills on video to show how superior our cars are".

I would say it could be in the tune somewhere as well. If you compare the 2 timeslips something is going on. Your second run you knocked off .2 in the 60 foot alone, but the rest of your slip barely picks up, that shouldn't be the case. You could throw in some race gas and see what that does, this will tell you a little bit about the timing if that's a possible concern. It could also be torque management kicking your butt, I know when my car was "stockish" the tm seemed really inconsistent, sometimes the car fell on its face in the shifts and sometimes it barked the tires shifting. You could even throw it on the dyno for a number and curve just to make sure its up to par, and not spend the money on a full blown tune just yet, should only cost around $50 to do that.

I would find out what those other two codes are. Have someone in your area scan it. Get a dyno would sure help to see if your are rich/lean as well.

The 1st two times you see in my sig were ran at S.A.R. when I lived in San Antonio. So, something is going on with your car.
