not an LS1, but......Ran a new best at Houston Raceway Park at the Clash Race over Thanksgiving weekend. Finally got in the 10's on street tires. it's a 94 Cobra with a 327ci T-trim combo with basic bolt on's..
327ci 8.8 CR
Performer heads (1.9 /1.6)
Performer RPM intake
1 5/8 shortys
T-trim ~ 13 psi
TKO 600
275-40-17 MT ET Drag Radials
3.73 gears
60' 1.637
330' 4.608
1/8 7.049 @ 101.02
1000' 9.141
1/4 10.900 @ 127.35
Drove it 300+ miles to the track and ran 11.07 off the street and followed up with a 10.900. I love the MT DR's ...even though it's on a 8" rim, they are still really hookin!

thanks...had a hard time getting a good street tire launch with the Street Twin clutch until recently...very grabby and hard to slip out smoothly. Seems like the best thing is to leave about 4k rpm and let it out quickly, actually engages smoother that way.
