Hell Yes!!!!! Got It!!!!!
first pass 200 shot 2 tenths delay 3,000 rpm on the 2 step.
9.10 with a 1.36 60"
2nd run took out all delay went to hammer down, let go of the t-brake and BOOM!! nasty nitrous back fire up thew the intake and fire out the hood. shut everything down. no damage, but was wondering what happend. went to the trailer, swapped the plugs, fired right up. looked, i forgot to turn the 2 step up so it was about 2900 off the brake, and i think it just couldnt take it down.
was going to just run on motor, but said screw it.
threw the nitrous plugs back in, and the nitrous tune.
go up, sitting the bottle went down to 900 psi (i run 1,000)
put the 2 step to 3300 and went for it with 1 tenth delay.
car left great, felt real good just felt right on the money.
now this was a bracket race.
i was against a 12 sec car, i got up to him went by him fast, let out (thought to myself, what a ****, im no bracket guy, jumped back in it)
felt real strong.
got my slip to find
1.34 60"
5.7 1/8 @ 121.9
1/4 8.99 @ 148.89
finaly the 8's.
that was on the 200 shot with the same tune, but the suspention was working. still no limiters, and no sissy sticks!!!! car was 3335 lbs race weight.
im very happy, pulled the car on the trailer running perfect besides my AF gauge 02 went down right when i pulled up the trailer.lol
good times for sure!!!!!!

408, trust me, it isnt easy, and i almost paid for it with broken parts when i almost went on the bumper, then it was tweeking and tweeking and it did it. less then ideal converter, but the car works very very well. i'll say with a tighter converter the car would work alot better on spray (doing it this winter)
im sure your car is going to rip, but just get it done and toss the i told you so's out after you do it. trust me, i thought it was easy to, and it cost me a motor, and much time and money. good luck for sure and i hope you accomplish your goals, but get it done!
