I went 117mph in pretty good weather with my 02. I launched it very softly to avoid rear end troubles but my car is a full weight car with 17's. The cam is a 224 228 113 lsa .59x lift. I love how mild the cam is but how good it performs.

About 3 years ago or so I ran 117.2 on Kumho 711's with a 224/228 581/581 112+2 XER, Jethots, ORY, Borla, LS6 intake, ported TB, pulley, SLP lid/ram air, 4.10's, Pro 5.0, Spec St3, Hypercoil springs, stock suspension otherwise. That was on a 12.20 at or near sealevel in 60ish weather. Ran 12.05 @ 119.2 on BFG' DR's leaving at 3000 (10 bolt roulette). That was a 99 Z28 6 speed, leather, ttops, ASR, chrome 16's, power seat, no weight redux. Fastforward to now- see sig- could only manage 12.45 @ 118.2, but I'm on Riken Raptor ZR's and I kid you not, I was spinning in 3rd and 4th, which I attribute to poor track conditions and crap street tires. As soon as I hit 5000 in 1st, it broke loose. I think with a Pro 5.0 (stock shifter now), and the FTRA and some decent tires, I'll get 12.0's or so at 119-120 in cooler air.
