Fastest Nitrous Only

You are leaving a lot on the table.
I think you should put it "Nitrous and supporting mods only"
Meaning fuel pump, injectors, and nitrous....
That being said... im sure people have been in the 10's nitrous only.

From: Gainesville, Florida # of drag strips runs: ?!?!?
I ran 11.8 at 120 mph with a 1.99 60 foot on the Formula with the following mods: Lid, ported MAF ends, FTRA, Flowmaster muffler, M/T Sportsman Pro tires and a NOS # 05168 wet kit on the 125 pills. Liked to bog on initial hit then pulled like a MF freight train!
I need to run the car again with the headers, catback and LS6 intake on the jug soon

^ Robert56 did that (3 stages) for a while. He sprayed his bone stock LS6 engine with a 275 shot for a long time. If I'm not mistaken he went 10.7 something.
EDIT: I just realized he was banned. Odd...

You could get an LS1 to over 500rwhp (with only nitrous) without it being an instant bomb, and could probably get it even higher if you realized that there is a chance it could fry if things went wrong.
There is no reason why a full weight car making that kind of power wont go in the 10's. I think you would have to take a lot of weight out of it to go 9's.
Your transmission, rear, etc are going to be what hold you back. In theory you could go fast, but it wont last long untill you upgrade especially those two item.
