Any alignment issues with stock uppers?

Any alignment issues with stock uppers? I'm getting my car aligned after installing a tubular K-member and lowers (PA racing). The shop just called and said that they couldn't get the proper camber. They said the uppers would have to come out more in order to get 0 camber? Anybody else have any issues?
The lower control arms, if equipped with rod ends should be able to be brought in a touch to help with this, if they can't then ya may need the rod ended uppers to make it right.
I am sure that is the reason that companies came out with the adjustable uppers, so they coudl compensate for the lower stuff being off a little from factory.

These lowers only have a rod end on the rear where they attach to K-member, the front is fixed. I figured they would have to adjust the rod end in order to get full movement/adjustability using the slotted holes in the K-member.
I was just curious if anybody else had any issues. If not, it would probably indicate that the shop is just BSing me and didn't even mess with the rod end adjustment.

After talking to the guy in person, he explained things a little better. The issue had to do with the suspension geometry since the front is lowered. I could have either compensated by an adjustable upper which would push the top of the spindle out and get the caster to 0 or return it to stock height and use a drop spindle.
