What are the settings equal to on a single adjustable QA1 F-Body coil

After reading a thread on yellobullet.com, I was confused on the functionality of QA1's single adjustable coil overs for the front of a '93-'02 F-Body.
Do these shocks have fixed compression or is that adjusted too when you turn the dial?
I know when you rotate the dial to the "plus" side, it firms the shock up. But do those settings equate to something like a 90/10, 80/20, or anything like you'd see on an old style 3-way adjustable?
