When I cut mine I didn't cut the whole thing out. I cut out squares of the material so it would still have rigidity. Off of both sides it was only worth a lb and I almost got electrocuted in the process. I wish I would have cut the whole thing off, but oh well.

i just did mine last night, took a few hours but got them perfect!! Ill post up my pics later to add to the pimpness of this thread!!

not tooo much, maby 5lbs total but i cut a lot of other things off too and prob. close to 20lbs
