Heads Cam guys/ Cam only guys, what are your 1/8th times?
With Mods in sig i went a best last week of 8.011 @ 90.23 Mph in the 1/8th. I have yet to get a tune, have a stock ls1 intake and throttle body and made the passes on bald nittos. I made 6 passes total all night. 5 were in the 8.0's, one 8.1. I had a best 60 of 1.92 and a worst of 2.01. A few guys said my car was on crack fore being a 6 speed car. A few automatic cam only cars are cutting 1.7 60's on nittos and running 8.0's 8.1's. Is my car right on? strong? weak? I saw one LS1 with Absolute stage 2's and im not sure what cam go 7.72 at 93 mph. Thanks

7.9's with a 1.9 60' and can't powershift 1-2 because the track is so bad. On Bfg's, 224 pp5.3's. I am going for a set of e.t. streets and nxl kit next. But yes a 7.7x is possible with good traction. You need some et's as well. Good luck.

ok i feel sick again.. my 02 ws6 m6 ran a best of 8.66 and that was with the h/c swap..stock engine ran a best 1/8 of 8.75 geeze but i know its coz of traction.. my usual 60' times are 2.2- 2.5 also too as i wind first up it starts to wheelhop bad.. also no tuning either.. i know the car has more potential and its even mroe frustrating to know this and i don't have the money now to complete it yet.. well hopefully over the winter i will be able to..
