If you are running skinnies up front then you can just go to the local auto parts store and but 2 2/16's "T" fittings, a 1/4 to 3/16's adapter, and a couple of 2' sticks of brake line, one 3/16" and one 1/4". You have to save the fittings that originally threaded into your master Cyl. and the rest of them will be standard theads that come with the sticks of brake line that you buy.
Just tie the two lines that go to the front brakes together and run it up to the back of the master Cyl. and tie the two back brake lines together and run it up into the front of the master Cyl.
Hope this helps!

Since you already have an SLP line lock, you can just get SJM's kit (sponson on here). They have a kit that is prebent and you can buy it for your specific kit for $159 if you need a flaring tool and $139 if you do not need a flaring tool. It also includes a Wilwood (i believe)brake proportioning valve that you would need to get since the stock ABS controls the bias of the front to rear brakes. It depends how good you are with routing the lines and how plug and play you want to make it

I used a Proportioning Block from a '89 Z28 and got ahold of a Flaring Tool. I had to make one of the fittings a little bigger and use a different Line from the Master to the Proportioning Block for the Back Brakes. It works without a problem, I have LS1 Brakes in the front, and stock LT1 Brakes in the back.
The front Brakes aren't connected to it yet, but you get the idea.
