Default back spacing help

i am having some trouble trying to figure out what offset to get for my car, i narrowed the rear 10". 5" on both sides. i need to buy the wheels for it but i am not 100% sure what offset to get. i am thinking either a 15/10 3.5bs or a 15/12 4"bs
or better yet what is the best way i can figure out the back spacing?
the tire is going to be a M/T 315/60

Default

Put a large straight edge across the axle/brake hat/etc. where the wheel mounts, called the wheel flange, and measure backwards, in an arc to the first thing that will hit to give you the available space. Subtract needed clearances from inner fenders, chassis and frame tubes, don't forget to figure in tire bulge/growth and you should be close to what you need. Measure it yourself, just to be safe.
