how to get 60 a foot in the 1.5's?

how to 60 foot in the 1.5 range? i was wondering how many a4 Lt1's are 60 footing in the high to mid 1.5's. and let me know your set up. race weight, torque converter, gear, tires? i want to do this on motor w/o spraying.
