Called Burkhart and AJE = Nothing
Called Burkhart and AJE = Nothing I tried calling Burkhart and AJE about purchasing a K member and all i get is voicemail.Burkhart never called back and i didn't even bother leaving AJE a message.Is this normal ??
Well, I don't really think this thread belongs here to be honest.
To answer your question though, you have to look at so many things:When did you call?
How long has it been?
After hours?
Weekend?
etc.....
Man, most of these guys work in teh shop and do not have secretaries to answer the phone. If you did not bother to leave AJE a message, how are they supposed to know you called? If you left a message, I am sure someone will get back with you
I would just keep calling until you reach someone. I left a message at one shop and got a call back, but it was two weeks later. Like the guy above said, these guys are busy and usually don't have people to answer the phones.
Two weeks later?
I own my own business,so i know what its like.
I'll see if Chuck calls tomorrow.Thats why i asked if this is normal.I figured you guys know their situation better.

Chuck and I have day jobs too. Chuck has been working in an area with no cell service. I will PM you my cell and you can call me tomorrow. I do have a set of meeting, but if you leave a number to call bak (If I can't answer) You will get a call back.

yes chuck answer my phone call wile am overseas even in sundays and thats right now i been traying to call these last few days and he is not answering my phone call, but guss what he let hes wife to send me a mail that he cant answer hes phone because he works in area that dosnt have service .
yes like steve said they both work day jobs. chuck does all this on his spare time for the most part. if he doesnt answer he always gets back to me. they did a crap load of work on my work and i couldnt have goteen any better service.
