Question Which tire to get?

Ok so im about to buy a new set of rears for my car. I currently have 275/50/15 M/T Street Radials but i need a 28" tall tire(26.1 is too small) and not a drag or street radial. Right now im looking to get the :
M/T E.T. Drag 28x10.50-15 23lbs M5 28.1(diameter)
M/T E.T. Drag 28x10.50-15Stiff Side 24lbs M5 28.1(diameter)
M/T E.T. Street 28X11.50-15LT 22lbs M5 27.6(diameter)

Im not to worried about 1/4 mile e.t.'s but which would net me the quickest 1/8 mile e.t.? I like the fact that the street is only 27.6" which would still be tall enough. Just let me know what yall think. Also any other tires out there that yall might consider, just these are what i looked at.(Im more a M/T kinda guy lol)
Thanks

I'd run the M/T ET Drags non-stiff or the ET Street. The slicks are a bit taller but will ultimately provide the best repeatable hook.

Most people (correct me if I am wrong) such as Mickey Thompson and Madman would suggest a Stiff Sidewall due to weighing in over 3100 lbs and only running 11.90's.

Why would you suggest everything but the stiff sidewall ET Drags?

Personally I would run the ET Drag's and decide on the sidewall construction per recomendation of Madman, M/T, or both.

I gave my opinion b/c I've tried both the stiff and non-stiff sidewall. Stiff sidewall tires can rebound / not absorb as much of the initial planting as a non-stiff sidewall tire, and based on his e.t.s that's why I picked the tire(s) I did. I'm only one opinion, and yes M/T or another person might suggest otherwise.

I'd imagine you'd have a tire that would send you past the 1/8th at your shift point in 2nd gear.

Can you do that with a 28 or would you need a 26 or 27"?

I barely got away with runnin a 26" and a 3.23 to make it through the 1/8 in second. Now with the 4.10 aint no way that can happen, i shift a good ways before the 1/8 with the 26". But I cant run it out all the way in the 1/4 with a 26" which is why i need a 28".

I went ahead and got the 28x11.50x15 M/T E.T. Streets, should be in tomorow.
