Default Is this a good exhaust setup for my mods?

I know that this belongs in the External Engine forum, but I haven't gotten many responses in there, and this is kinda drag racing related, sooo......

Hooker LT headers, into 3" y-pipe w/ Flowmaster 4" collector, then reduce from 4" to 3.5" back to a 3.5" cutout, then reduce to 3" into Hooker catback. Do you think this will be enough exhaust for my mods in my sig? I think that with the combo stated above, I could maintain some "quiet" on the street, and still have a free flowing exhaust for the track, whatcha think? Would this setup cost me alot of HP and TQ versus duals?

I run a stock pie from the y back. I know it cost me some hp but I doubt that much when the cutout is open. I use the stock muffler for driving around and it makes the car very quiet.Till you open the cutout. I don't know how old you are but the electric cutout was my best purchase. So nice not to have crawl in the dirt to uncap.
