Default best dot tire for a 550+ rwhp 6 speed car

need the best tire i can get for my 3650 race weight cam only nitrous car. its got 3.90s and i would like to use a 26 or if i need to a 27 inch tire. i have a 6700 limiter and i dont plan on trapping much over 130.
i plan on buying some 15x8 summit stars.
its got a torque arm, lower control arms, sfc, torque arm reloctaion kit. kyb agx shocks (set on 1/1) and stock sway bars and springs.

i did have some mt et street 26x10.5x16 and they seam to work good but is there better?

I like hoosier qtp's myself, and I would run a tube to stiffen it up a bit.

At the track, I run the mt et street 26x10.50x15 at 10 psi with no tubes. They hook great at the track! On the street, I run 275/60/15 mt drag radials and they dead hook on the street.

I have a QTP 27x10.5 on a 8" rim and it bulges out pretty good. I could see a 11.5 tire bulging out a ton.

I also ran a ET street 26x10.5x16 on salad shooters which I think are 8" rims and it was not bad at all.

Before you jump on the E.T street wagon, they didn't hook on my 460hp m6 car too good. 1.7 60's was all I could get. I then tried a set of tires my bud had called M&H Racemasters and I went in the 1.5 60's and broke some parts. I run the M&H cheeter slick. They come in 26x10.5x15 or 26x11.5x15 and for me they hook like crazy glue. www.intercotire.com jegs also sells them. Alot of people get great results from M/T tires, but I did not. I have done 1.42 60 foot best and 1.44 all day, n/a with the M&H tires.
