Need a quick "How to" on installing a 2-step
Anyone else using the transient voltage diode with their lingenfelter 2 step installs? I'm not running a relay on the tbrake. Power is coming straight from the battery.
Edit: I have lnc-03. plug the coil harnesses in, connect the yellow wire to the tbrake or line lock button, connect orange wire to switched power. set both 2 step limits to desired rpm with a mini screwdriver....done

I have one in mine, and it works great. I have the 2-step setup so that when it's on the 2-step it disconnects my nitrous. Also, when my nitrous is spraying, it pulls timing. Extremely simple to hook up.

Just a nice little perk to the Synergy 2 step From what i understand it helps build boost at the line in an FI car but what does it ofer for N2O and NA setups?
It lets up set your 2-step to your stall speed ,so when your at the line you can hold your stall and put the peddle to the floor, Then release the brake and go bye bye
I have the Harlan 2-step and i have my nitrous wired to it ,And it disables the nitrous while the 2-step is active and plus hold my stall at 4400 rpms, And when i let off the brake peddle my 2-step deactivates and my nitrous activates. If your nitrous goes hot when you turn it on, and a ground activates to complete the circuit only when spraying (like mine), it's a bit more complicated. I have a relay wired up so that the 85 and 87 pins have +12v at key on. 86 is connected to the ground provided only when spraying (my FJO controller). 30 is then connected to the retard activation wire.

This way, when the ground gets applied by the nitrous controller (86), it causes the relay to close (87+30) and send +12v to the timing retard wire of the 2-step. Make sure you test it out before use though.
