my pb is a 13.4 @ 104, 2.0-- 60' with stock clutch and new tires(yoko es100's on 18" zo6motorsports)..
since the clutch, here is my best timeslip.. with a zoom 30010 clutch and pretty worn street tires.

MPH - 84.32
1000 - 11.402
1/4 - 13.527
MPH - 106.44
ok my questions are, if i can hook..
will my MPH drop back down?
could i possibly see 12's?
what can i do to improve anything up there^

If you can get the car to 60 foot a 1.9 you will see a 12 second pass. The mph isn't going to change much without a change in the weight of the car or a power level change.
MPH is directly related to the weight and power of the car. you can get a car to ET better or worse without changing either the weight or power, but the mph is not going to have any dramatic change, maybe +/- a mph or so, but alot of that can be weather conditions as well.

Given that you have basically no mods, that is a decent MPH.
To do better, buy a rear rear end, or swap a auto in there and at least a M/T ET Street radial, if not a bias ply. Then a gear change and let that thing fly.
