Nitto 315/35/17 s
stock 10bolt with 3.42s
I have been extremely mad about my 60 ft times, I cant figure it out, yesterday I ordered a Strange 12bolt with 4.10s, and a set of draglite's and skinnies, which size tire should I run with the draglites(15x10)? Would it help me to just put my stock springs back on the car? Im gettin frustrated cause I see M6 cars with the same setup runnin 11.5ish, I have come to the conclusion that either im a HORRIBLE driver, or my car just isnt setup at all, or both. When I launch the car, I do about a 10second burnout and heat up the nittos pretty good, I launch at around 3000 and it usually spins a little then bogs.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just get your suspension set up and save for that rear.

SO do you think most of my problems are with my car being lowered, and my posi being out?
As soon as I get the stock springs back on the car, the 12bolt , and the slicks and skinnies what kinda ET do you thnk I could be lookin at?
The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time

Your car was running slow for the power it makes. A couple reasons why. WAAAAYY under geared for the cam you run. Like we talked about 4:30s will put you where you need to be. #2, your posi is GONE, and when you left the line you would only spin one tire halfway down the track. Looked like **** man. Ive got it on video. #3 You cant shift, I mean that in the nicest way bro, but that will all come in time. Trust me. You obviously got alot better the other night at Dallas, and if you to the math on your improved 1/8 your 1/4 improved DRASTICALLY.
FWIW, I was down about 3mph on motor @ SDR that day and had to work my *** off to get into the 10s on motor. It wasnt a great day for ETs.
Get the 12 bolt on there, some Hals( or atleast put stock springs back in), some good slicks/skinnies(27"s) and go work on your 60' and shifting. I think you will be QUITE happy with the results.
Also, throw in a fresh set of TR55s and change the oil
As Ron said, your driving, and drivetrain are going to have a LOT to do with it. Improve your driving, 4:30's, 12 bolt, and your car will run good.
And don't pay attention to Ron, he only wish's his **** was half as wide as his mouth.
Don't you worry about me, i'll be soon to represent once I get a good tune and some tires
disappointed but i know i cant drive for ****
hoping to get alot of practice at gainesvilles this winter and gonna try to pull some really low 12's maybe high 11's
