Was that the front or rear?? That is alot of nose weight if on the front.

The weight reduction list said 22lbs on front and 21lbs on rear.

yeah the front is like 18lbs and the rear with bolts was around 19-20...taking out both is close to 40lbs...

Im going to eventually do this, but Im gonna get the lkightweight one for the front.. and just take out the back one... maybe..

But if its only 18 lbs, forget it... if its 22lbs or so, then its worth it...

The nose will be fine. Just don't sit on it .

I've had mine out for a year now. I don't DD my car though. If I did, I wouldn't have removed them.

Well then pull them things out! And if you're worried about getting rearended you can always just leave the back one in. That's still 20 lbs of weight savings, right on the front tip of the car.

But i like to keep my fogs though.. I think Burkhart makes a brace so the nose does not flex and it allows you to keep the fogs.

I jsut need to find the link...

no way.......... im 2925 lbs and more coming out and i go 1.40 60ft off a lazy foot brake its all in the suspension setup i say get rid of front and back supports

I think you're right about that brace, I've heard of it. After taking off my bumper and support I can say that it wouldn't be difficult to just fab up a bracket for the fogs with a little flat stock aluminum or something like that. A T/A without fogs does look kinda "ehh" so I know what you mean when you say you don't want to lose them.

about 45mins at most just remove the rear bumper cover and there it is
