If i get it closer to stock what do you think about these mods. Cat back exhaust, pacestter ceramic coated lts, mild patriot performance cam, fast 90/90, lid and thats it how do you think those mods will be and of course a dyno tune.

How were you launching the car?
With my old 00 LS1 A4 I would run 12.7s@108 wit the same basic mods as you and sway bar still in the car, full weight with nittos. Main difference was I ran stock manifolds, stock y and cats with a random tech cat back. I would shift the car myself (remember youll have to shift about 500rpms early to time it right) and I would leave stalling the car to about 1500 on the stock stall.
I have cats on the car just straight pipe 2inch true duals.

well, im sure the way you launched it didnt help, your MPH is way low (indicating lost power somewhere.), ALSO, you need to drop tire pressure when you run at the track. i dont have any expericance with the nittos, but i'd guess a good start would be 23 psi or so, and go down accordingly. i would try flashing the converter (launching at idle and stabbing the gas) when you launch. i also agree, either put headers and a real exhaust on the car or go back to stock.

EITHER WAY! FIX THE PROBLEM, dont throw parts at it. there is something thats WRONG with the combo, and just throwing more speed parts at it isnt likely to help. once you find where the lost power is, go back to the track and perfect the combo.

also, for your next round of mods, try and nail down full bolt ons, converter, and gears. dont worry about the cam just yet. then dial in that combo ( should net you high 11's full weight.), then cam it, etc.

lid, headers, full exhaust, ram air, ls6/ls2 intake. underdrive pulley can probably wait til the time for a cam swap comes. you can take that maf off and put on the stock one too. some people do an electric water pump. weight reduction is always good too.

That's more like it, but like some of the others said, find out what the problem is now. You can spend a lot on those mods you said but if you still have a problem somewhere else, then you won't be happy with the results. A nice stall would help out a lot!

i wouldn’t be worrying about buying more performance parts right now, because you need to figure out what’s wrong with you car! because if you just throw a bunch off parts at it and your car is already not running right you are just going to make the problem that much more harder to figure everything out. Especially because when you add allot of mods there always potential that there will be more problems you have to figure out...
ohh and when you figure out whats wrong don’t forget to come back and let us know what it is.

If I were you I would put the stock maf back on, check your plugs for a fouled plug, and then if your at the track make a run with the hypertech on and one with the hypertech off before you spend any money at all. Also what gas are you running? Maybe you had some horrible octaine gas and it was knocking pulling timing. That would be where I would start before I threw money at it because if you think a $100 bet is a lot then look out when you start to buy parts. Then when that is in order buy a converter, nitrous kit, install the kitand converter, and take it to your nearest tuner and get it tuned for a 150 shot.

Most likely your problem is the MAF, it needs to be tuned to your car and you can't do it with the Hypertech. That table can be edited in LS1edit or HPTuners. I would suggest that you put your stock tune back on as well as your stock MAF and your times will improve.
