We just put 11.5 ET drags on my buddies car. It's a tight fit, but the drag is a true 11.5".
Stock rearend with a 10" rim and 7.5" BS.
Pretty sure all the ET streets run 2" narrow then listed.

Here is the diff between a 28x11.5" ET street and 28x11.5" ET DRAG
Stock rearend with a 10" rim and 7.5" BS.
