Default does anyone know the weight of jegs/summit stars

15*8 only due to the fact someone i know is getting them and they were told they are in fact lighter than real weld prostars....so what is the weight of these wheels???

Well a summit star 15x8 with an ET street is 38lbs. I dont know what an ET street weighs tho.

if i remember tonight ill weigh one but they are light. i cant remember how heavy the welds were but there close in weight.

i can weigh the ones i got from you when i get home. i believe they are heavier than the prostars. they are pretty heavy.

I thought the Summits were a couple pounds heavier but not much.
My old Weld prostars with a 275/50 MT Dr weighed a ton more over the GWs and 27x10.5 QTPs I would guess more than 10lbs per wheel heavier.

most of that was probably due to the drag radial being lot heavier than the QTP.

The Jeg wheels have a funky back spacing and they are stamped not for use with a tire over 26" I believe.

only the 15x10s the 15x8s have the right back space 5.5^^^
9 sec93 im sure alot was tires but the rims sure seem lighter too.

the 15x8 summit star is 17 pounds.
