Manual Fans Question

I have a switch panel that allows me to control my fans. I tapped into the PCM and when the computer turns them on I know bc i have LEDs for Hi and Low...

But anyways, when drag racing in the staging lanes I try to keep my car off as much as possible, obviously to keep temps down. When I am about to run the 1/4 mile, should I have my fans on, or keep them off while running. Again I have the option of turning them on Low or Hi...

I hope that with my fans on Hi, that it will actually cool my car off more while running
