I think it'll be tough to drop 260lbs and keep all of that. The 17" wheels are real heavy. Here's what I can think of off the top of my head.
Sound deadening 30lb
Light battery 25lb
Light hood 25lb
Windshield bottle 7lb
Rear/pass seats/belts 70lb
Heat shields 7lb
Dual exhaust w/dumps 35lbs
BMR k member 30lb
BMR a Arms 8lb
Hal shocks 12lb
airbags 17
tunnel brace 4lb
floor mats 5lb
Hatch cover 4lb
upper phb 5lb
space/jack 35lb
front sway bar 14lb
light brakes 35
manual steering 20lb
Just depends how hardcore you want to be. I need to figure that out myself over the winter. I just can't bring myself to take out the bumpers, door bars or air bags.

Little stuff adds up.

My car still has all the amenities. A/C, stereo, full interior minus the rear speaker panels and passengers seat at the track only.

The K member & arms take off alot of weight..

Of course, I started with a lighter car.. Formula with cloth interior.

BMR Lower Control Arms & Pan hard
BMR K-member & arms
Removed front bumper support
GM WS6 Hood
Hawker Lightweight Battery
Year One Carpet
ACPT Carbon Fiber Driveshaft
15" Welds, ET Streets 26x10.5 and Skinnies
Yank Pro Thruster - 4400, Torque Converter
!Cat sheilding
!Air pump
!pan hard support bar
!jack & spare
!front swaybar
!rear seats & belts (haven't been in the car since it was new )

Got it down to 3320 with me in it But, it's about to gain weight.. have a Wolfe rollbar about to be added.

My car weighed 3450 with me in it when I arrived at the Thunder Shootout. Here is what was removed:

rear seat
front sway bar
spare & jack
rear speaker panels
floor mats

I had the stock 17's with BFG's on the back with skinnies up front. Just enough gas to keep the check gauge light off. No fluid in the windshield washer. The car has a 6 point cage in it. I weigh 150lbs.

i weighed 3410 with my old heavy *** 17x11 ZR1's with 17x9.5's on the front (raceweight)

removed:
-passenger seat
-rear seat, belts, brackets, etc
-spare and jack and crap
-egr, air
-front sway
-floormats
-sail panel speaker (they blew so i threw them out)

i weight less now with the welds (probably around 3350)
