Yup, but there is some additional clearanceing that has to be done on the ultrabell that the stock bell doesnt require. Rossler charges a small fee to remove the side tabs and machine for the bolt clearance.
I didnt have to remove the side tabs on the last one I just bought, I used the later model rear cover along with button head allen bolts I didnt have to clearance the bell at all for those bolts.
My last car had the 98 rear cover and stock bolts and it takes a lot of grinding, plus the tabs hit the headers and had to be ground a little as well. JW changed the design slightly from the older one I had so the headers didnt hit this one, same headers that were on my other car.
i had rossler install the LONG locking lokar dipstick. they took the time to make sure it was accurate wit the deep pan..... im sure it would have worked fine just bolted on.... but its the peice of mind thing.
