Firepants?

I've got gloves, jacket and shoes, at what e.t. are pants required when running nitrous for NHRA?

running nitrous doesn't require added protection if the factory firewall is in place. 3.2/5 pants and jacket, 3.3/1 gloves and neck collar required at 9.99 or 135 mph and quicker.
