Default full drag suspention guys in here

ok, my car is just no fun to drive anymore and i am wondering if something is setup wrong or if its just the way its gonna be. i changed over to my street tires yesterday and took it out for a drive, and it just wasnt what the car used to be.

i have no rubber or poly anywhere......

spohn race tq arm (solid ends)
madman lca's (solid ends)
madman phr (solid ends)
bmr extreme drag sway bar (solid ends)
moser 9 inch with a locker
qa1 shocks

i drive it around and at low speeds if i hit bumps, it sounds like its about to fall apart and something is broken.

did i go too far on my setup?? could there be something wrong? should i be able to turn the lca's at all?

It may be a little better with an auto. Your suspension is still going to make all kinds of racket, and feel like it's going to fall apart.

Mine does the same thing. Everytime I hit a bump it sounds like something is loose or broken. There is nothing wrong with your setup.

Mine does it as well even with a 12 bolt. It started after adding the BMR swaybar which just stiffens everything up substantially.

My car rides and sounds like a dump truck full of empty garbage cans cuz of all my suspension.

you'll get used to it. not something i'd want to deal with on a daily driver so I'm glad mine is just a toy.

its the price we pay for not breaking at the track.

thats a good analogy of what it sounds like. my wife thinks its broken every time she rides in it. i get the whole "i thought you just paid to get that fixed!"

LOL. I hear ya. Err, I could hear ya, except my Madman T/A (with solid ends), whiny rear gears, and exhaust cover it up...

-Andrew (experienced the 'dump truck' thing on the drive to work today... and loved every minute of it )

Hmm..

I have full drag suspensionon my car..

!Front Sway Bar, BMR K-member, BMR Lower A-Arm, BMR Boxed Sub Frames, LG HD Torque Arm, Madman LCA's, Madman PHR, Wolfe Anti-Roll Bar, QA1 Rear Drag Springs, QA1 Shocks on all corners and a Moser 12 bolt with a Spool.

My suspension makes no noise at all. I mean my exhaust is loud and all but there is no creaking or banging etc from my suspension. Its really no different than stock, I drove with this setup on the street for almost a year.

Too many adjustment points.. will take sometime (TnT) to figure all out.

Hopefully these guys can give a few pointers on where to start.

BTW: Why a HEAVY *** 4L80E ? A TH-400 would be a better match for your car.

Overdrive?

Didn't you buy a trailer? Affaid that 6ltr can't pull it?

Seriously though. You should talk someone with a TH-400 for a drive. They could be lived with if you not planning to drive to Florida or somthing.

RACECAR!!!!!
I drove Brians car with the locker before the sway bar and it was fine. That locker suits my driving style just fine. One thing is for sure, I watched him at the track rental and the car went down the track straight as an arrow with that big *** sway bar.
