3600 stall 60'?
what kind of 60' can be made with a 3600 stall.high 1.4's-1.53 possible
please list if your going 1.59 or lower and whats your setup
I know alot depends on brand, gears, tires, track prep, suspension, list goes on.
my setup is yank ss3600,3.73,qa1 on all 4 corners, bmr torque arm,bmr lca,255/50/16mt drag radials and the best 60' is 1.60 average 1.61-1.65
track prep is decent but not great.I go on test n tune cause I dont want to spend extra money just to run in the index racing on saturday.
I got new 15" racestar industries mounted on 15x8 slicks.so Im ready to hook to a new best.1st time out with the slicks so any suggestions, shock settings, tire psi, burnout time
please list if your going 1.59 or lower and whats your setup

You need more stall and some weight out of the car. OR bump up the gear. Over all though you do need more power.
To kinda recap. IF your staying the same Power level, you need to up the gear/stall and dump some weight. IF your bumping the power up, your going to need to tune the suspension for the new power and you may not have to chng the gear or stall. BUT losing weight is always a plus.

only weight off the front is bumper support, swaybar, small battery.so about 55lbs
I just checked the stock internal top 50 list and with a 3600 stall or smaller and 3.73 or smaller, there has been 4 guys hooking better than a 1.55.the best being a 1.52.there times were 1.52,1.52,1.53,1.54.Yes it can be done with my stall and gears but I think I need better track conditions, suspension settings.any other pointers

What is your Race Weight and What is theirs.
Also to point out IF there is weight reduction, where are they doing theirs.
Lastly since you have adj. stuff, it may just need to be playing with the settings and logging the data.

no swaybar,air pump,egr,air.
I went to the track and the track preped suck, every body was off about .1 in the 60'
these were brand new with 0 passes on them
with 15x8.5 et drags-15.5psi cold
fronts set at 2
rears set at 5
my 60' were 1.71,1.73,1.75
I know the track wasnt hooking good, but also I think i need to lower psi to 14,fronts set at 1.go from there but how do you adjust supension to track conditions.
