Gearing Right now i have stock gears 3.23s and I ran a 13.6 at 101 MPH. My car is stock and just looking for a cheap speed boost in the 1/4 mile. What would you guess i would pick up with 3.73s. It is a A4 so i dint think I want to go any bigger...

Depends on what your 60 footing.
2-3 tenths would not be out of the question.
Just a reminder, you need to have the PCM adj for shiftpoints and depending on tire and stock stall, you may not see a huge diff until you do the other work.

Yea, I could not assume based of the name if that was the same car. You still need to get the speedo corrected. Which can be done if needed. Check the LT1 section as I have not worked on a 93 Fbody in quite a few years.

I have no mods done to the car. The only thing I have done is cut out the cat and put in a test pipe... I guess I have a trick flow intake elbow, and a air foil. but that is the extent of my mods.
I know the Speedo will be off, and I guess i am not sure how to adjust it. I am not to worried about it but if it is easy to fix then i will fix it.
and for the 60' time I went 13.6 with a 2.0 60' at 101 MPH
That was on kumo ast street tires.

With the larger DR, you may still be bogging, the gears will help but I think until the stall gets in there, your not going to realize the true potential.
The other BIG choke point are the manifolds. That will def free up some power.
on my old 383 LT1, I got Falkens to cut a 1.7 60 foot, on a track that is widely known to be bad for traction. I was amazed.
