2-3 tenths would not be out of the question.
Just a reminder, you need to have the PCM adj for shiftpoints and depending on tire and stock stall, you may not see a huge diff until you do the other work.

I know the Speedo will be off, and I guess i am not sure how to adjust it. I am not to worried about it but if it is easy to fix then i will fix it.
and for the 60' time I went 13.6 with a 2.0 60' at 101 MPH
That was on kumo ast street tires.
The other BIG choke point are the manifolds. That will def free up some power.
on my old 383 LT1, I got Falkens to cut a 1.7 60 foot, on a track that is widely known to be bad for traction. I was amazed.
