Default Relocating Yellow Top Optima to rear

So I was wanting to move my Optima battery to the rear and had a couple of questions..... I have done so many searches and still cant find my answer. I basically want to know:
1. Where should the NEG wire off the battery ground to?
2. Where does the POS wire go to?
3. What size wire shoud I use?
4. Do I need any Fuses?
5. What else has to be grounded?

Thanks

i used a distribution block used 2gauge wire from bat to distribution block then went from distribution block to starter alt and fuse block on driver side with 4 gauge ground the wire that is grounded under hood and i grounded bat to the lip on the inner fender. where antenna is connected. I don't run a fuse some may but there isn't any between the starter alt and fuse box STOCK
