Default Aluminum Gauge Panel>

To compliment our popular HVAC block-off plate, we now have an aluminum plate that replaces the HVAC control panel and accepts 2- 2 1/16" gauges. We use a specially designed die to countersink the gauges into the plate so that the plastic trim panel does not need to be trimmed.

HVAC Gauge Plate

Check it out.

Thanks

Nice effort Jay What I'd like to see is a plate that inserts into the factory gauge location in front of the wheel. This way folks can replace the factory stuff with after market gauges without fabbing something up. Any chance of seeing that?

Very nice work! I'll be ordering one of those soon, as well as the HVAC blockoff plate.

The plate is pre-drilled to fasten using the 2 existing screws.

Thanks

Looks good. I like my A/C block-off, I think I`ll be picking one of these up also. I would spend that much money in gas just trying to chase down all the stuff to make my own. Yep, I`ll be calling!

I'm liking this stuff. Here's an idea that I've been toying with and maybe you guys could do something with. The airbag on the passenger side is usually removed in a racing car. This then leaves a nice empty space that's not too attractive. What about designing another place to mount guages using this area? Naturally the space would have the guages positioned towards the driver, and look aesthetically pleasing. It could be either out of aluminum or a material that looks very close to the a pillar plastic.

Huh? Only if you remove the airbag cover (which is glued on to the dash). The cover weight is minimal. The airbag rests under this cover, and the airbag can be removed without leaving any outside visual signs at all...

I like the blockoff plates. I think my HVAC is coming out in the spring... I'll be calling. 3300 or bust.

I'd also like to see one of these that fits in the vents. I may have to try some custom fabbing.
