Converter looks a little small, and I bet your shift points are not really 6200... I recall ten years ago my car running like that and it was shifting at 5600. I manually shifted the car to an 11.7@114 from a awfull 12.8@106 start.

That P0300, could be a sign of a problem, maybe not. I'd pull the plugs, make sure nothing funny is going on there, swap the wires from 1 side to the other for the hell of it, same with the O2 sensors, see what that gets you.
Something is absolutely not right, what, I don't know without seeing the car run

Street and dragstrip are 2 totally different things.

I am thinking about getting a raptor shift light and shifting it manually at the track. Maybe that will cure some of the problems

If you had a misfire code AFTER the car was tuned, then that is a huge step in troubleshooting your issue.

Usually people upgrade intakes before getting the tune - I assumed he was running at least the ls6 with the size of the cam and close lsa. It's a big cam for stock cubes, doing a search it looks like 6,400-6,500 is where pk HP happens for most.

Then I am going to schedule tuning with a different tuner and see what happens.

PO300 is from doing the cam, I don't think it's going to rob power.
If your rev limiter is at say 6400, you can then manually shift the car a few times and see if the times improve.
