Default Stock drive shaft

What are the limits of it? M6 car slick and dumps 3.73 gear 3500 race weight.
Car should have about 340 rwhp, stock LS6 with headers and duals. Where can I get a replacement thats cheap, $300?
Thanks
Jay

I ran my stocker for awhile with 420hp and 1.5 60fts with no problems, I eventually went with a aluminum 3.5 built for $420...

I've seen them hold like post #2 with 420 hp and I've also seen them get ripped in half with 300. I just took a PST 3.5 out of my car when I swapped over to a Th400 from the M6. I am running a Moser 9 with the big 1350 joints, should be the same as your 12 bolt. PM me if you are interested in it. Was about $500 new from Bob at EPP, I will take allot less.

Need to fix the sig. That car is long gone. Have an 00 roller coming next week that will have a 9 in it, either will be bought used or built. This car will also be an M6 on slicks leaving with a 6K dump. 500hp on spay and it will break, oh well

when I installed my 9" I looked at my stock DS and it was twisted about 1/2". That was with stock motor and no slicks, just street tires. I replaced it with a fabbed steel one.
