Just picked up my car from MWC yesterday. I must say that I couldnt be more pleased. It is exactly what I wanted. The swingouts are the coolest thing. Eric had seen them before, but couldnt find anyplace to get the base, so he made his own. I wanted something that didnt stick up like the wolf swingouts. Honestly I didnt really care if they did swing, I just wanted to remove them when I wasnt at the track. The door bars are perfect, the hoop is close to the headliner, but doesnt touch it, and really it doesnt seem to affect the view out of the mirror. I didnt want to put a cage in the car, but it is to the point that I couldnt run it anymore without it. (should go well into the 10's on spray) I wanted something that didnt remind me all the time driving it on the street that I had a track car. It is full weight, all the creature comforts ect... I am greedy and want the best of both worlds, to a point. I know it would go faster with weight reduction ect.. but that wasnt the purpose of the build.
Thanks again to Eric and the guys at MWC they did an awesome job, and were very understanding about leaving my car down an extra week with my father passing away. (RIP Dad)
tried loading pics, for some reason it wouldnt do it. I will try later

Its great to see people employing Eric for things other than just the rearends. He is a very capable fabricator with a fully equiped chassis shop. Now get some damn pics up!!!!

price was $1400 installed and painted. I had Eric do some extra things that he wouldnt have normally done, plus some other brackets. Had I not had the other stuff done, it would have been probably around 11-1200 installed and painted. I pulled the interior and put it back in. All in all after looking at the wolf cages and what they were going to cost to get here, I couldnt be happier. I wanted something for the swingout that didnt stick up out of the floor so much. The entire cage is awesome, you cant get any closer to the interior, and nothing touches at all. It was worth the drive and the $$. Anybody thinking of having MWC do anything for them, dont hesitate. Great to work with, great product, and great $$ for what you get.
